A triathlon plan that fits your real week

Haida plans your swim, bike and run training around the days you can actually train, all the way to race day. When life gets in the way, the plan adjusts and tells you why.

How it works

  1. Tell Haida about you

Your level in each sport, your race (or no race yet) and the days and hours you can train. It takes a few minutes.

  2. Get your whole plan

Every week to race day is planned from the start: base, build, peak and taper, with a testing week to set your zones.

  3. Train, and the plan keeps up

Mark sessions done, move them, log a tired day or a trip. Haida adjusts what's ahead and lists every change with its reason.

What you get

Everything here is in the beta today, unless it says otherwise.

Planned by clear training rules

Mostly easy training with some hard work (80/20), a lighter week after every three, and phases that lead to your race. The same details always give the same plan, so every change can be explained.

The plan screen: weeks to go, sessions and hours per week, and the phases from base to taper.
Sample data.

Built around your week

Choose your training days and your long day. Haida never plans more hours than you said you have.

Changes you can read

Missed a session or logged a tired day? The plan adapts on its own, and every change comes with a plain reason. Nothing changes silently.

See your progress

Estimated fitness and fatigue from the sessions you complete, and your test results over time. Estimates are labelled as estimates.

The Progress screen: the predicted finish time, then estimated fitness and form, each labelled as an estimate.
Sample data.

A proper taper

The last weeks before your race cut volume so you arrive fresh. Every race plan has one, and it is never squeezed out.

Targets from your own tests

Each session has a purpose and a pace, power or heart-rate target set from your test results. No test yet? Haida shows you how to do one.

Trips and holidays

Going away? Add the trip and how much you can train while you're gone. The plan works around it and eases you back in.

No race booked yet?

You still get a plan: 4-week blocks that build steadily, with a test week about every two months. Add a race when you book one and the plan rebuilds toward it.

Garmin and Strava

Coming in the beta

Your workouts will sync and count against your plan. Until then, you mark sessions done yourself.

Not in the beta yet: running-only and cycling-only plans, working with your own coach, and workouts sent to your watch.

Your week, at a glance

Open Haida and today's session comes first: what to do, why, and how hard. The week's totals sit beside it, and when the plan changes, the reason is right there.

  • Every session has a title, a purpose and a target.
  • Drag a session to another day when your week shifts.
  • Every change stays listed under Plan changes, not just shown once.

Questions

Who is Haida for?

Triathletes training for a sprint, Olympic, half or full distance race, and triathletes who haven't booked one yet. If you can swim, ride and run and want a plan that fits around work and family, it's for you.

Is Haida AI?

Haida plans automatically, using rules: it applies established endurance-training principles to your details, the same way every time. No chatbot or language model decides your training. Learning from your own training history is planned for a later version.

What if I miss a session?

Once the day has ended, Haida adjusts the rest of your plan. You'll see what changed and why under Plan changes.

Do I need a race?

No. Without a race, you get 4-week blocks that build steadily, with a test week about every two months. Add a race whenever you book one.

What do I need to use it?

A phone or computer with a browser. There's nothing to install. Garmin and Strava sync is coming during the beta; until then you mark sessions done yourself.

Does it send workouts to my watch?

Not yet. Each session has a duration, a purpose and a target zone. Step-by-step interval workouts come later.

Can I train for a running or cycling race only?

Not in the beta. Haida starts with triathlon; running and cycling plans come next.

Can I use Haida with my coach?

Not yet. The beta is for athletes training on their own. Working with a coach in Haida is planned.

What does it cost?

7 days free, no card. Then €14.99 a month or €107.93 a year, VAT included. Cancel any time.

What happens to my data?

We use your training data to plan your training, and we never sell it or share it. You can delete your account from Settings at any time, and everything goes with it. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Is Haida medical advice?

No. Haida is a training tool, not a medical service. If you're injured or unwell, talk to a doctor or physiotherapist.

How do I get a beta code?

The Haida team shares it with the people taking part. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when there's room.

About Haida

Haida is made in Romania by Bogdan Demeny. He trains for triathlon alongside a full-time job and wanted a plan that keeps up with real weeks: work, family, travel and tired days.

We plan with rules, not guesswork, and we'd rather show you an empty screen than invented numbers.

The beta is small on purpose: friends and their training partners, in English and Romanian.
